I BLESS YOU OH GOD,

because in my life too breathless

you have always given me, between one thing and another, moments of pause, of prayer, of peace.

You are for me the "silence that speaks",

the well towards which I move my steps,

the wisdom that knocks on the door of my heart.

You have always made me meet people in whom I have seen a ray of your light and your warmth shine, simple lives with the taste of authenticity with which I could humbly exchange thoughts, experiences, fragments of wisdom.

In my littleness as a creature I welcome the mystery of Your subtle presence from the depths of my bowels.

Lord Jesus, I believe in your words: “Do not be afraid, it is I!… Receive the Holy Spirit”.
I thank you because I know that you did not give me a Spirit of fear, but a Spirit of peace and joy, a Spirit of love and unity.

It is your face, Lord, that I seek; show me your face.
I believe that nothing is impossible for God and all power has been given to his Son, Jesus.

I believe, Lord, but increase my faith and for this faith of mine to be strengthened, give me the signs you promised to those who believe in You.
With You, Lord, I am no longer afraid of any evil and I feel safe (Psalm 91).
I place myself under the protection of the Blood of Jesus and I am no longer afraid of the pitfalls of the wicked, of evil spirits, of any curse or infestation.

In the name of Jesus, clinging to his holy Cross, nothing can upset me.
If Jesus himself is with me, who will be against me? With him nothing scares me: illness, death, poverty, abandonment, can do nothing against me.

In the name of Jesus Christ, by the power of his Blood, by the power of the Holy Spirit, I cast out every spirit of fear and disturbance from my heart, mind and body..

I take authority over all of this. I am sure that with Jesus, Lord of my life, I will live in trust, praising him without end.
My light and my salvation is the Lord. Alleluia!
